Baobab

The baobab tree is an African icon and a symbol that, for many sub-Saharan tribes, represents the Guardian of the Spirits.  Chiefs, medicine men and other tribal dignitaries are often buried close to the baobab with the certainty that their souls will rest in piece under the vigilant guardianship of this majestic tree.  The significance of the name of this Close Corporation, Baobab Memorials, Tombstones and Florist, portrays elements of the products that we produce which is synonym to the spiritual resemblance of the Baobab.  Our primary product is the manufacturing of granite tombstones to ensure that the deceased are offered a distinct place to rest in piece.  Apart from this, the Baobab tree is also a symbol of the Limpopo Province, in which our manufacturing outlet is located.  Other product ranges include flowers for graves as well as granite kitchen tops and related kitchen accessories.
